Terms & Conditions

  1. To rent a car without a driver, the tenant must possess a type car Driving License. Additionally, the tenant is required to provide information about the hotel of stay, room number, phone number, and send a photo of their ID card and Driving License via the WhatsApp application. We assure that the provided personal information will not be used for any unlawful purposes.
  2. The rental price for a car without a driver already includes comprehensive insurance. However, in case of damage, the tenant is responsible for covering the repair costs, with a maximum limit of USD5,000,-
  3. If the tenant exceeds the 24-hour time limit per day, an additional charge of 10% per hour will be applied. For usage exceeding 6 hours, the rental fee will be calculated as a full day.
  4. The use of a car without a driver is restricted to the Bali Island area.
  5. The payment for car rental requires a minimum down payment of IDR 100,000, with the remaining balance settled upon receiving the car or starting the usage. Payment can be made through a transfer to Bank BCA account number 7700225580 under the name I Wayan Santika.
  6. We reserve the right to reject or cancel a rental for justified reasons, such as incomplete or unclear tenant data.
  7. The self-drive rental rate is applicable for periods exceeding 2 days. For a one-day rental price, please contact our administrator via WhatsApp.
  8. Free delivery of the car in the Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, and Airport areas is only available during working hours from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.
  9. Delivery outside working hours and beyond the specified locations will incur additional charges ranging from IDR 50,000 to IDR 500,000.
  10. The price with a driver does not cover routes outside the city, such as Kintamani, the East Bali area (Pura Besakih, Pura Lempuyang, Tirta Gangga, Candidasa, Taman Ujung, Amed, Tulamben, and surrounding areas), North Bali area (Wanagiri Peak, Gitgit Waterfall, Lovina Beach, and surrounding areas), and West Bali area (Madewi Beach, Gilimanuk Port, Pemuteran, and surrounding areas).
