Terms & Conditions

  1. To rent a car without a driver, prospective Indonesian Citizens MUST send a photo of their Identity Card (KTP) and original Class A Driving License via the official Bali Mutia Rental WhatsApp number on this website. For prospective foreign citizens, it is MANDATORY to send a photo of their Passport and International Driving License via the official Bali Mutia Rental WhatsApp number on this website. In addition, the renter must provide information about the place to stay (hotel/villa), and telephone number. We guarantee that the personal information you provide will not be used for illegal purposes.
  2. We have the right to refuse or cancel the rental for sufficient reasons, such as incomplete or unclear renter data.
  3. The duration of the keyless rental is 24 hours. If you use the car for more than 24 hours, an additional fee of 10% per hour will be charged. For use of more than 3 hours, the rental fee is calculated as 1 day.
  4. The keyless rental price applies to a period of more than 2 days. The rental price for 1 day only will be charged a different price.
  5. Car rental payments require a minimum down payment of 1x the rental price and the remaining payment is made when the car is received or when use begins. Payment can be made via transfer to BCA Bank account number 7700225580 in the name of I Wayan Santika, and we do not have any other accounts other than those listed.
  6. Willing to deposit the specified deposit and will be returned a maximum of 2×24 hours after the rental period ends via bank transfer.
  7. The renter is REQUIRED to participate in making a video of the condition of the car during handover and stored until the vehicle rental period is over.
  8. Parking costs for delivery and pick-up at the airport are borne by the renter.
  9. The renter is required to return the fuel as before, if the fuel is more it cannot be replaced with money, but if the fuel is less then the payment for the remaining fuel must be made (1 box = IDR 50,000,-)
  10. Free car delivery in the Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, and Airport areas is only valid during working hours from 07.30 to 18.00 with a minimum rental of 2 days. For a 1-day rental only, shipping and pick-up costs are charged according to the distance from our office.
  11. Delivery outside working hours and outside the locations mentioned above will be subject to additional costs ranging from IDR 50,000 to IDR 700,000,-.
  12. Cars may be taken out of Bali if they have received approval from the company and have been previously informed to the admin. Additional costs will be charged according to the type of car and other requirements. If the car is taken out of Bali without permission, a fine of IDR 5,000,000 will be imposed.
  13. The price with a driver does not include out-of-town routes such as Kintamani, East Bali area (Besakih Temple, Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, Candidasa, Taman Ujung, Amed, Tulamben, and surrounding areas), North Bali area (Puncak Wanagiri, Gitgit Waterfall, Lovina Beach, and surrounding areas), West Bali area (Madewi Beach, Gilimanuk Harbor, Pemuteran, and surrounding areas.
  14. Prices are subject to change at any time depending on the peak season level.
  15. The renter is prohibited from transferring, lending, renting, pawning, and selling the vehicle to any party.
  16. Always double check your belongings, the rental party is not responsible for any loss of items left in the vehicle.
  17. The rental party has the right to take security measures, or even take the vehicle unilaterally, by force (damaging the fence, pushing the door, using the necessary tools) if according to security considerations the rental party needs to get the vehicle unit back, and the renter releases the rental party from all legal claims related to the actions taken by the rental party.
  18. If a vehicle accident occurs, breaks down / experiences other problems with the rented vehicle, the renter is prohibited from taking action to replace vehicle spare parts / other vehicle equipment without permission from CV BALI MUTIA Management.
  19. Tips for driving automatic and manual cars in Bali. Please do not equate driving an automatic car in Bali with driving in your home region. The Bali region, especially North Bali (Singaraja and surrounding areas), has mountain roads, hills, long descents, and sharp turns that can be quite dangerous if not driven correctly. On long and steep descents, renters must use the S or L transmission position and are not allowed to remain in the D position as this risks causing the brakes to overheat and malfunction. Failure to comply with this requirement resulting in an accident or vehicle damage is the full responsibility of the renter.
  20. The car is equipped with insurance from CV Bali Mutia, which is not related to other insurance and does not cover compensation to third parties. In the event of an accident causing damage, the renter is required to bear the cost of the risk/repair costs of the rented vehicle, with a maximum limit of 25% of the price of the rented vehicle before the accident. This insurance does not apply if:
      • The renter does not have a driver’s license (at least a Class A license), the driver’s license has expired, or, for foreign nationals, does not have an international driver’s license or the international driver’s license has expired.
      • Drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
      • Accidents occurred on the Singaraja, Lovina, and Tejakula routes because the renters ignored the messages and advice we sent via the booking form and continued to use the routes we had informed them about.

    Therefore, all damages and costs incurred for vehicle repairs and third-party losses are 100% the responsibility of the renter, who must also pay the vehicle rental fee during the repair period.

  21. If the tire is punctured by a nail or other sharp object and can be converted to tubeless, the customer will be charged Rp 50,000 for the tubeless conversion.
  22. If the tire is punctured due to misuse, sharp objects (rocks, curbs, etc.) causing the tire to be irreparable and requiring replacement, the customer is required to pay for the cost of the tire.
  23. ⁠⁠We can assist with tire replacement upon request by customers in the Seminyak, Kuta, and Legian areas, provided our staff is available, at a cost of IDR 50,000.
  24. ⁠The lessee agrees not to object if all payments to the rental company (including the deposit) cannot be refunded if they are found to have violated any point in this agreement.
